You may return any new, unused products with all the manufacturer’s tags still attached and in the original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund subject to the terms and conditions as mentioned below. The product should be returned in the manner received, along with its original and unaltered product packaging and along with the manufacturer’s boxes provided to you.
1.1) RETURN TERMS
a) If due to inadvertence a wrong Product/size is shipped
You can return back the same product by the courier service you received it.
b) The mistake must be verifiable and Substantiated by the Customer with reasons.
c) Once the mistake is verified you will receive a refund of the full purchase price or substitution with the correct product (your choice).
d) This will not entitle you to cancellation of the Order and in the event you choose another product the amount paid shall be adjusted towards the cost of the other product.
e) IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE
If the product is defective and the defect is verifiable will receive a refund of the full purchase price or substitution with a new product (your choice) of equivalent value or price.
1.2) IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE OR OPT FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT
If we made no mistake (we sent exactly what was ordered by you) and you simply ordered the wrong product, size or the product is not to your liking or you decide to cancel the Order:
a) You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
b) The returned product must be received by us in the Original condition i.e. new, unused and not in a damaged condition and along with its original packaging, only then does it qualify for a replacement or refund. If you have damaged the Product or its Original Packaging, then refund will be provided to you only after quantifying and deducting the amount of the damage from the refund amount due to you.
c) In case you wish to exchange a product and return the product without its original packaging or with damaged packaging then you shall be charged with a fee for such missing or damaged packaging. The said fee shall be based on the product sought to be exchanged and the fee shall be communicated to you by OMart at the time the exchange or refund for the product is sought by you. Only after the afore mentioned fee is paid shall the product sought in exchange be shipped to you.
d) In case the product damaged by you is deemed unusable by Omart you shall be entitled to no refund or exchange.
1.3) YOU CAN RETURN ONLY AFTER AUTHORISATION
You can return the products to Orthofit only after getting an Authorisation number from ORTHOFIT clinic using the Returns on our website.
